For our launch all BlenderCap will ship with our 32oz vacuum insulated Cortez silver bottle, this decision was made to streamline our early production and simplify the fulfillment process. Accessory bottles are available for purchase in our full suite of colors and sizes!
Yes, BlenderCap fits many other wide-mouth bottles in the market, including some of the most popular brands. We could have easily designed a proprietary thread that only worked with our premium Cruz™ bottles, but ultimately we care more about our customers' experience and want you to take full advantage of the bottles you already own.

BlenderCap™ was designed to be water resistant and can be rinsed in the sink, but never fully submerge the unit or use high pressure to clean.
BlenderCap is designed with a triple safety switch mechanism, but like an immersion blender, BlenderCap™ does use an exposed blade that needs to be treated carefully at all times. We recommend always storing the unit with its blade cover installed or on a bottle to help prevent accidental injury.
We recommend that you place your BlenderCap with its protective blade cover in your checked bag. Please refer to all airline and TSA regulations before travel to check any specific rules.
BlenderCap's aluminum enclosure acts as a heatsink to keep its ultra high discharge batteries cool. Internal thermistors constantly monitor temperature to ensure safe ranges and the unit will temporarily disable itself if it gets too hot. Please visit our Tech page to learn more about our technology and how we pack extreme levels of power in such a small form factor.
To prevent frozen switches from impacting operation, BlenderCap's internal thermistors will deactivate the unit when its temperature is below 36˚F (2˚C). The unit will automatically reactivate when temperature rises above this limit.
No — All BlenderCap's and serialized and registered when purchased. Please save your order number for reference. If you ever have any issues with your product please contact us at support@cruzlife.com and we will get it fixed!
Your product serial number is laser etched on the face of your BlenderCap’s blade.
Shipping and Returns
Cruz™ products are in full scale manufacturing and are shipping! Due to overwhelming demand please allow 2-3 weeks from order date to fulfillment, you will receive updates and tracking notification via email when purchases ship.
Yes, if you no longer want to receive your purchase before the order has been fulfilled, please contact us at support@cruzlife.com. Note: purchases are fulfilled in the order they are received, if you cancel and re-order, your spot in the manufacturing queue will reset.
Orders over $40, shipping to the Contiguous U.S, ship for free! Alaska and Hawaii require an additional charge to cover actual freight costs.
YES - Cruz is now active for Canadian shipments! Our checkout will calculate shipping costs automatically - customers are responsible for any Canadian-sided taxes. Please contact support@cruzlife.com if you have any questions.
Cruz products were designed to be loved, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will offer you a full refund excluding the return shipping cost, as long as you contact us and ship the return back within 30 days of your initial purchase. You, the customer, are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with your order. Please note, an additional disposal fee will also be charged if the unit has been used.
